Week 10 -- A modest system projection

Well folks, week 10 is upon us, and that means it's time to report to duty. Week 9 had, well, a modest return of 15% in the system. However, it do prove the new strength system failable, so we're backed to simply the difference strength, which is ok with me, since the system only managed 5 wins, but still had a net profit.
